In our store, payments are made in cash upon receipt of the product by the customer, so there is no input or processing of card data on our site.
Delivery is carried out through special courier services, solely to the address provided during order creation. Delivery is to the entrance if the provided address is in a building.
For all orders, delivery costs are charged depending on the size of the product.
The delivery time is up to 5 business days. Delivery may be delayed if there are non-working days within the specified period or if the order is placed during a sale.
Delivery is made from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 and 16:00 to the address indicated in the order. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide a person who will be present to receive the package at the provided address. Upon receipt of the package, you will need to sign the delivery note presented by the courier. If the courier is unable to find you at the indicated address, they will attempt to contact you by phone using the number provided when placing the order and you can arrange a new delivery time. If the courier fails to locate you on the second attempt, the package will be returned to us. The cost of delivery is covered by Kaylas Baby Shop for the first delivery attempt. If the order is returned by the courier service due to an unsuccessful attempt to contact the customer, and the customer still wants to receive it, the delivery cost is the customer's responsibility.
Upon delivery of the package, please check for any damage to the package in the presence of the courier. If there is visible damage, the package should not be accepted from the courier. In this case, please contact us at tel: 072 552 566 or send us an email with your details (order number) to info@kaylas.mk and state the reasons why you refused to accept the package. Our operators will contact you as soon as possible for further action.
Once the ordered product is delivered to you, you are required to inspect it immediately to determine if there are any physical defects.
